This project exemplifies the studio’s comprehensive approach—from architectural solutions to interior design and its subsequent implementation. The clients approached us even before construction of the townhouse began, requesting that we adapt the floor plan to suit their lifestyle, with a particular emphasis on the functionality of the entryway.

Working within the existing architectural framework, our architects proposed relocating the front door in a way that would preserve the integrity of the facade. All solutions were carefully considered during the design phase: we submitted the new layout to the developer, and the interior partitions were immediately erected in accordance with it. This allowed us to avoid further demolition work and optimize the budget.

For the interior, the clients sought to combine classic elements with a personal touch. Their color preferences differed: grass green and deep blue. We found a balance by creating a delicate, harmonious palette that unites both moods and adds depth to the interior.

The project is currently in the implementation phase. Building a townhouse is a lengthy process, but the foundation for a space that will be thought out down to the last detail and cohesive in every decision has already been laid.
